Life Care is fast becoming one of Australia’s premier Not for Profit aged care providers. We started life in Glen Osmond in 1950. Today, we provide services and accommodation across Adelaide in Home Care, Health & Wellbeing, Independent Living, and Residential Care.


The Role

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified, driven and customer focused allied health professional to build on and support high quality health outcomes across our Aged Care Services.


This is a fantastic & unique opportunity to diversify your health career by maximising our clients' independence and quality of life.  The ideal candidate would need to be genuine, determined, organised, have strong communication skills and be passionate about the aged care sector.


Your holistic and ethical approach coupled with a strong understanding of all aspects of pain management, function restoration and rehabilitation, that will enable a person to “Live Every Day” will see you succeed in this role. This is a roving role and you will be required to travel across our multiple residential care homes and community based settings.


What you must have to succeed

  • Experience in the management of musculoskeletal pain, function restoration and maintenance, with a focus on mobility and balance. 
  • An innovative mindset with a passion for quality of life outcomes
  • Enthusiastic and driven to grow your own career
  • Proficiency with digital engagement and the Microsoft Office suite of products

About You

You’re a self-starter with a high level of accountability, who is just as comfortable working independently as you are being part of a team. Did we mention that your time management skills are extraordinary? Naturally, you’ll also have an incredible ability to identify and action quality of life outcomes.
